Starbucks - working experience.

   I work at starbuck i get many experience about this occupation.First in food industry we must know how to manage our food.Before the new food come to the store sended by publisher,our must makesure all food in pastry case will be done sell.The new food must transfer to the bucket before we put at the pastry case.Sometimes not all food must be sell.So balance the food is totally expired is call markout food.Example donut have 2 days before expired date.So makesure our staff must recommand the food for customer to makesure customer buy the food.After 2 days donut still cannot sell,it must change a new donut.At the same time,in food industry hygene is very important.Because we serve food to the customer of course we need to makesure the food in clean before we serve.

   Example we must use glove to take any food from the pastry case.It also use to stalkup ice  to protect ice from bacteria.Actually before we start work,we must wash hand by handsoap to makesure our hand is clean.At the same time we also to makesure the apron,cap and shoes is clean anytimes. Furthemore,we must sure the environment in store must clean anytime from rubbish and so on.At starbuck we have 3 department.First we have cafe,bar and kitchen.Cafe is place for customer to sitting after they buy food or drink.Bar is place for our staff to serve the drink and food to customer.At bar we have many ingredients like souce,milk,choclate,choclate chip and so on.At the bar also we have oven to reheat the food.

    That all about my experience what i have.I already share all about F&B industry.
