Assalammualaikum,hai guys first of all,how are u guys today?hope all of you sihat walafiat. Actually i dont know how to starting my story,but i will try to create it.Haha,im going to sharing about my friend,its not only friend but it also ‘sahabat,sibling and so on,we start know each other when we sit in year 3,she is really2 hyperactive kids.she the types of talk to much,always making a joke,happier person and more lagi lah.tak tao na habaq camna,hehe.okay,until now we still being a friends.we never keep anything secret.everything we will let each other know about it,we laugh together,study together,eat together,play together and banyak lagi lah kann.
When,we start grown as an adult we start find more friends,and biasa lah,when we has be adult we must put a goals for our future right,for us .i believe,and i m still remember she say lets allah swt yang tentukan masa depan kita.i really2 love being her friends.our family is very close.i call her mother ‘mak’ .they have help me so much .bak kata pepatah’bagai isi dan kuku’
Now,she continue her study at kptm kelantan in dip of childhood education,walaupun jauh,kami selalu contact,ta kira whatsapp,wechat ka,insta ka,mesej ka anything of social network.when we have holiday,ta payah cakap memang selalu menghilang je.tak rumah saya mesti ada kat rumah dia,huhu.3 weeks holiday ni ,all my friends back to hometown,so baru2 ni ada la buat reunion sikit.and we meet together .bila dah jumpa tao2 jelah perempuan mcm mna kan.haru biru jadinya.
Story punya story two of my friends sudah pun menjadi tunangan orang .alhamdulilah maybe rezeki kan.its okay,back to my closer friend ni.she always support me in anything situation she always have behind me,if na story pun takkan habis rasanya.but,at least i want all of you to know istilah kawan sejati,sahabat itu sebenarnya wujud.a lot of memories we have create until 2014 and 2015..semoga allah sentiasa menjaga persahabatan kami hingga ke jannah.thats all maybe .in shaa allah,ada mase kita story lagi panjang J .thanks to madam nadia,sori madam rojak sangat dah ni .hihi.assalammualaikum.

Starbucks - working experience.
I work at starbuck i get many experience about this occupation.First in food industry we must know how to manage our food.Before the new food come to the store sended by publisher,our must makesure all food in pastry case will be done sell.The new food must transfer to the bucket before we put at the pastry case.Sometimes not all food must be sell.So balance the food is totally expired is call markout food.Example donut have 2 days before expired date.So makesure our staff must recommand the food for customer to makesure customer buy the food.After 2 days donut still cannot sell,it must change a new donut.At the same time,in food industry hygene is very important.Because we serve food to the customer of course we need to makesure the food in clean before we serve.

Apa yg saya nak share ialah kawasan tempat tinggal
saya.. This is my hometown yaw.. Memang best.. Kat sini saya jumpa kawan2
saya.. Kat situ jugak saya enjoy dgn kawan2.. TELUK INTAN, ofkos semua orang
tahu ianya famous dgn MENARA CONDONG.. Lagi best kalau dtg Menara Condong waktu malam.. Kalau tiba musim
perayaan macam Hari Raya, Deepavali, Tahun Baru Cina dan Krismas mesti ade
gerbang malam.. bkn stakat perayaan, Tahun Baru dan hari2 tertentu pn diorg
bukak gerbang malam.. macam2 barang diorg jual.. Baju, seluar, makeup, beg,
semua ada... Terutama girls, rambang mata shopping kt gerbang malam.. Memang
best.. Mueah2 pulak tu.. Muda-mudi suka la datang sini.. Kadang2 ade jugak yg
datang saje BERdating.. hmmm... Ramai jugak pelancong dr Negara luar dtg
melancong kt Menara Condong.. Pelancong luar Negara ofkos akan menginapdi
hotel2.. Hotel yg paling popular kat Teluk Intan semestinya HOTEL GRANDCOURT..
cukup terkenal kt Teluk Intan.. Ok itu serba sedikit about Menara Condong..

GERAI BURGER BAKAR.. Memang best.. bkn setakat burger je.. kentang goring, ayam
goring, chicken chop, kentang putar, salad, banyak la lagi.. perhhh cheese

Why Pre Diploma????
Hai uolls. Saya Nur Al Iman Syaikha bt
Shukri Al Quatli a.k.a Iman, student HM112 1A2. Nak ambil masa uolls sikit ja
nak share cerita, ehehe. Sebelum saya sambung diploma, saya budak pra diploma
di UiTM Perlis (Kampus Arau), sebelum sambung pra diploma pulak saya masuk Form
6. Haa, ni yang nak cerita ni. Saya ambik keputusan nak berhenti dari Form 6.
Ramai kawan2 pertikai keputusan tu. Ramai kawan2 tanya why tak stay ja dengan
Form 6? Lepas Form 6 boleh buat degree terus kot. Buat degree terus? Haha, tu
pun kalau result STPM gempak kannn? Nak sambung STPM kena tahan air mata ja.
Semua subjek cukup seksa, nak buat karangan sehari 5 page untuk 1 subjek and
kalau dah ada 5 subjek tu? Haa, awat tak ambik, yang masuk Form 6 ja tau macam
mana perasaan tu. Result STPM tak dapat 3 CGPA, nak sambung degree tu dalam
mimpi boleh la. Then aku cakap dapat tawaran UiTM untuk pra diploma macam buat
sijil laa. Terus kawan2 persoalkan. Why PRE DIPLOMA? Ramai kawan2 tak support
sebab ambik pra diploma just family and cikgu2 kat sekolah ja yang support. Diorang
cakap rugi masa lah, itulah inilah and blablabla. Then aku cakap it’s okay,
takpa rugi masa tapi tak rugi ilmu and kalau dah ada masa depan yang cerah and
excited gila nak belajaq nak tunggu apa lagi peluang nak masuk UiTM sekali
sahaja just stay Form 6 ni struggle lebih sikit ja. And now what happen to my
friend yang tak support aku, diorang pun dah berhenti Form 6 sebab dah give up.
Bukan nak merendahkan diorang, tapi tengok dulu diri kita macam mana sebelum
nak judge orang lain macam mana. Untuk kawan2 HM112 goodluck dalam bidang yang
bakal uolls ceburi. Sorry lah ya, my English tak berapa nak strong lagi, so
berbahasa melayu lah :D

Itu semua contoh ayat bagi down semangat bila saya bagi tahu mereka semua tentang minat saya memasak.... belum masuk kounselor kata lagi sebelum daftar kat UITM ambik kos food service... tapi saya buat tak kisah sangat sebab dah biasa dengar... hahaha... saya anak kedua dari 4 adik-beradik... dari saya tadika lagi dah ikut keluarga berniaga di merata negeri... bermula la dari hidup susah nk cari makan hingga la boleh hidup cara sederhana syukur alhamdulilah :D . Jadi dari kecil dah di didik cara nk buat bisnes , otak pn fikir nk buat bisnes ja...hahaha
Dulu ayah berniaga macam2, sekarang dah niaga baju muslim kekal sampai la ..Ibu saya pula mula2 jual cara kecil - kecilan...alhamdulilah rezeki Allah... dah buka butik muslimah pula kat Alor Star(mai la lawat tengok)....Mula saat itu saya teringin nk ada kedai sendiri macam buka cafe sendiri ke best la gak...Jadi minta la kos kulinari ikut minat saya , xp xdak rezeki dapat food service punya kos...tapi kos ni ada kaitan gak kan dengan memasak, betul x madam, yela belajar pasal makanan cara service , hidang, dan lain2... jadi saya ambil kos ni dan harap dapat ikut jejak bisnes keluarga... nanti degree boleh minta kos lain ya dak....
Sekian dari saya, hope sapa yang ambik kos ni sama2 kita berjaya, yang pasti rezeki Allah ada di mana-mana saja, kalau usaha in shaa allah dapat capai apa yang kita mahu betul x madam... xtau ok ke x story ni... idea mai macam ribut ja... peace ^-^

Hi.mid sem break getting closer and during the holiday
season i spend lot of time at home with family.But this week before heading
back to campus my friend shopping meal 'Ikan Siakap Tiga Rasa' perhh very
delicious..we can meet and talk together after a long time of not seing.Besides
that,over the holidays i also helped my friend sell a variety of clothing and
scarves as her dropship..before start our class i need to solve all assigment

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Everyone should practice a healthy lifestyle in their
lives.This is because the rate of obesity in the world increasing especially
in Asia. Our country,Malaysia was sitting at the top place and we could take it
seriously. There are many steps for us to stay healthy.
Firstly,we should manage our time wisely.Students especially
should indicate themselves in co-curricular activities.This can makes their body
healthy and feel exuberant when studying. Some parents think that the
co-curricular activities was not important and not encourage their children to
entangle in the co-curricular activities.This was totally wrong suspicion.
Students who are succeed in their studies and co-curricular activities have high
percentage to be more successful in the future.
Moreover, we also should exercise at least 2 to 3 times a
week. For those who are rich, they can go to any gym that they want and choose
equipment based on their favourites. For the abstemious people,they should jog
whether in the park or in the accommodation area.Or else,take a walk for about
15 minutes or cycling.Besides,those who are not have extra time, they can do
exercises in the home like tidy up their house include sweep the floor, wash the
plates and clean the garden.
Another way of keeping fit is to eat a balance diet. We must
eat meals which have just the right quantity of all seven food groups. In
addition,eat regularly and not indulge in too much of what we like to avoid
gastric problems and indigestion. Most importantly,do not skip meal especially
breakfast. Many of us skip breakfast cause it can make it late for them to to go
to work or school. As we know, breakfast was the important meal in a day because
it gives us energy and make us stay focus on whatever works that we do.
Furthermore,avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as both these
habits are expensive and unhealthy, bringing about lung and liver complications
later in life. Just as importantly, we should stay away from drugs as they can
hurt and harm us. Adults, especially those in sedentary jobs, should avoid
overworking so that their brains can rest while they indulge in some physical
activitiy,like a quick game of tennis or a long session of swimming. Even
reading a light book that is unrelated to work will mean less stress and fewer
health problems such as ulcers and heart diseases.
As a conclusions,prevent is better than cured. Who doesn't
want a nice physique,plenty of energy that aloows us to endure any physical
challenge and strong bones, even as we got older? All in all, keeping fit is
essential because it allows us to be physically healthy, mentally alert and it
prevents us from succumbing to the common complaints associated with getting
older.

Why foodservice again?
Saya Siti Nazifatun dari kelas HM112 A1
pertama skali ,saya nak cerita tentang latar belakang keluarga
saya..saya anak yang bongsu daripada 10 orang adik beradik..dan saya seorang
sahaja dlm kluarga yg berpeluang dpt belajar di uitm..maka, saya tak akan
sia-sia kan peluang yg saya dapat ni untuk belajar bersungguh2..saya nak cuba
buktikan saya boleh capai kejayaan dan buat kluarga saya bangga..saya nak
menyenangkan kedua ibu bapa juga adik yang banyak menolong saya untuk sambung
blaja..jasa mereka terlalu banyak untuk saya, dan mungkin saya tak dapat
membalasnya..
mula- mula saya dapat tawaran kos perkhidmatan makanan ni, saya memang tak tahu belajar tentang apa..tapi, bila dah belajar sikit..walaupun tak sampai sebulan la kan..hehe, seronok juga la..sebab belajar pasal kebersihan dalam penyediaan makanan..sebab dan akibat tak jaga kebersihan makanan..oleh itu, setiap pelajar yg mengambil kos dalam fakulti hotel wajib kene mengambil suntikan typhod untuk mengelakan penyebaran penyakit..
mula- mula saya dapat tawaran kos perkhidmatan makanan ni, saya memang tak tahu belajar tentang apa..tapi, bila dah belajar sikit..walaupun tak sampai sebulan la kan..hehe, seronok juga la..sebab belajar pasal kebersihan dalam penyediaan makanan..sebab dan akibat tak jaga kebersihan makanan..oleh itu, setiap pelajar yg mengambil kos dalam fakulti hotel wajib kene mengambil suntikan typhod untuk mengelakan penyebaran penyakit..
bukan tu sje, sebenarnya ade juga belajar hospitality, food hygien,
profesional cooking, food studies. Selain tu, subjek english, mandarin dan juga
tak lupa agama semestinya ada..

Trust me I don't really know what to say!
And here's justttt a little of the things I have on my mind!
I really happy because madam give all of us this opportunity to share some story with you.Uitm give me a new spirit to continue my study.I learn something new when my first day in uitm for pre diploma.At first,I really upset to be one of the pre diploma student because some of people look down at me but after I see my parents hope I have to wake up and do something.Now,I'm proud to say that I'm is a pre diploma student. Then,i get to continue my study at uitm pulau pinang which is really far from my hometown.I have 3 goals to achieve here which is glory,build a good friendship and make my parents proud that I always keep in my mind.I want to find more knowledge here even though I never had any basics like the other.I choose this course because my interest with food.I want to know more about food that is really important in our life.Actually madam,I'm a bit confuse about this course like how the test and quiz will be.May madam can help. I don't know what else to story.I hope madam can help me if I'm lost my way...thank you madam and sorry for my worst writing.Thank you so much.

Foodservice Management. Are you serious?
Assalamualaikumwarahmatullahiwabarakatuh,
Sebelum saya memasuki ke menara
gading, ramai rakan-rakan saya tertanya-tanya. Sebagai contoh, “ kenapa awak
ambik food service, tak ada jaminan kerja nanti.” atau kita selalu dengar ayat
sebegini. “Eleh, setakat food service je kot. Apa lah sangat.”. Excuse me, fakulti
hotel pun ada masa depan. Jangan nak perlekehkan-lekehkan student fakulti
hotel. Silap-silap masa depan kami lebih cerah daripada yang lain. Jadi, saya
sebagai student fakulti hotel ingin menceritakan bahawa industri ini sentiasa
hidup dan berkembang. Tenaga kerja juga diperlukan sentiasa sejak industri ini
cepat membangun.
Pengurusan
perkhidmatan makanan atau dalam bahasa Inggeris dipanggil Food Service Management
ini, kami belajar seantero bidang perhotelan dan kami belajar daripada bawah.
Pertama sekali yang student fakulti ini akan didedahkan tentang hospitaliti. Student
fakulti hotel dan pelancongan akan belajar apa itu hospitaliti, sejarah
hospitaliti, pengurusan dan macam-macam lagi.
Selain itu, kami ada kelas kitchen.
Untuk pelajar semester awal, pelajar akan belajar basic kitchen. Kalau macam
student semester 1, kami belajar masakan makanan barat atau dipanggil western
cuisine. Semasa kelas kitchen, lecturer akan mengajar dan melakukan demo dulu.
Lepas itu, kami akan masak sendiri. Sometimes kita kene suruh study resepi dan
masak sendiri tanpa lecturer melakukan demo. Kebanyakannya hidangan western
banyak yang akan di demo. Bukan setakat itu sahaja, pelajar juga akan belajar
cara-cara memotong sayur. Ada pelbagai cara dan nama dalam memotong sayur.
Dalam pembelajaran ini juga, student dapat belajar dan develop skill memotong
atau knive skill dalam diri seseorang. Jangan terkejut kalau insiden seperti
terluka jari ketika memotong sayur banyak kali berlaku dalam kalangan student
yang baru atau student yang langsung tidak tahu memasak. Tapi, ramai yang
confuse. Apa bezanya kulinari dengan food service? Okey, kalau nak tahu,
student kulinari akan belajar asas memasak sampai ke tahap yang lebih tinggi
berbanding dengan student food service. Sederhana sahaja. Jadi, kalau sesiapa
yang ingin menjadi chef, saya recommend anda mengambil kos kulinari.
Dalam
kos ini juga, kami belajar subjek kebersihan makanan iaitu food hygiene. Dalam
subjek ini, student akan tahu bagaimana nak menilai sesuatu makanan dan gred
makanan. Sebagai contoh, macam mana kita nak tahu sesuatu makanan itu
berkualiti, segar dan bersih? Atau bagaiman kita nak tahu tahap kebersihan
ketika menghasilkan makanan? Kalau belajar subjek boleh dikatakan seronok dan
belajar subjek ini juga membuka peluang pekerjaan kita sebagai pegawai
pemeriksaan makanan/food inspection officials. Ataupun menjadi staf di
jabatan-jabatan kesihatan. Inilah fungsinya ada student food service macam kami.
Di
samping itu, student food service juga belajar food studies. Subjek food
studies ini perlu skor kerana subjek ini berkaitan dengan kelas kitchen. Subjek
ini juga akan mengajar pelajar bagaimana makanan boleh berubah apabila di
masak, cara masakan yang betul dan memberi pengajaran seperti reaksi makanan
dalam pembuatan makanan. Subjek ini belajar macam biologi tapi dalam kaitan
makanan. Dan jika student belajar food studies ini dengan rajin dan tekun, kita
boleh menghasilkan resepi buatan sendiri. Segala pelajaran dalam subjek ini
juga membantu student dalam masakan serta dalam kelas kitchen.
Seterusnya,
kos food service juga akan mengajar food nutrition, pengurusan, serving,
komputer, entrepreneurship, menu planning dan macam-macam lagi. Kos food
service ini banyak peluang pekerjaan selepas kita graduate nanti. Antara
peluang pekerjaan ialah:

Seronok
belajar kos ini. Lebih-lebih lagi dengan persekitaran belajar di universiti dan
rakan-rakan yang berusaha untuk berjaya dalam kos ini. Bab penat jangan
difikirkan. Semester awal memang penat dan juga banyak pakai duit. Tapi, semua
itu jangan disoalkan, yang penting niat kita ingin belajar dan berjaya dalam
universiti demi mencapai masa depan kita. Jadi, setakat ini sahaja perkongsian
saya untuk maklumat kos food service management (DFSM). Sekian, wabillahitaufik

This blog is not for me only
Thank you dearies for your post. But I want to make something straight. This blog is not for me. It's for us. I don't set this blog to make you do things. To force you write. But rather, I'm preparing it for some sort of a portal for us to anchor ourselves. You are not going to write just this one post and that's it. No. Unfortunately you are going to write again and again sampailah kita habis diploma nanti sayang :) seronoknyeeee~~~
You see, you are going to spend at least 6 semesters here. It's a long way to go. But that's what we thought NOW. Soon, each semester will pass by, just. like. that. For all you know you will be halfway through your diploma. Planning for your degree. And if we don't contribute to this blog, memories are gonna be memories. We might not be able to recall them perfectly.
As you can see I did not even try to correct your grammar or vocabularies. Sengaja. Let them be. But you must learn. So when you submit your final blog entry you can see how much you've grown, insyaAllah.

TRIP TO JAPAN (2010)
Bismillahirohmanirohim
….We took MAS flying from Sandakan to Kota Kinabalu then we transited from Kota
Kinabalu to Narita International Airport. Overall, whole journey took us around
8 and half hours, quite tiring journey if you travel at night. Light sleeper
like myself, can hardly sleep in the plane. I would like to give a thumb up for
the MAS services which feed us throughout the whole trip. It seem like every 2
hours they serve food & beverage. First, they served you peanuts &
drink; second round, sausage sandwich & drink; third round, breakfast- Nasi
Lemak. Basically, you can sleep one hour in between the serving.
*The beautiful Ice Sculpture and also at Asahikawa in Ice
Garden….It was so beautiful and so crazy…..:)

After safely arrived- I took time to snap pictures
Once we reached the airport, after the immigration, the first
thing we do is to find the JR Ticket Office to buy the passes to travel to
Tokyo. The JR office for passes is located at second floor with big signboard
of the entire passes price outside the office.
Oh..I’m
forgetting to introduce about whom was with me while in trips…firstly is our
guide from Sabah named Dato Ahbam Ahbulani and he seems like our father because
he manage, conducted us what our activities in our trip and also our safety during traveled.
And

Okay….Actually I want to extend my story and experience but
I think it is okay if I shorten the story by showing you some pictures ... Maybe
a pictures that I posted to you facilitate you to know what I did when
traveling in Japan...

your information, Asahikawa is one of Japan’s states which is the coolest
place….

Suddenly….snowfall
rained my body….OMG I was really and really happy…I could see and touch the
snow in front of my eyes…Actually what I want in my trip is snowfall and
finally it happen…
